Where I Teach
This is my regular teaching schedule. The classes are typically small, with plenty of hands on adjustments and personal attention. You might find free or donation-based charity classes occasionally. Those sessions are taught in exactly the same way as my paid classes. Please make sure to sign up if you're attending any class to reserve your spot. Prices may vary at each venue. Explore and connect with your body and mind in a fun and safe approach. Build heat, strength, and flexibility through intelligent sequences of more challenging asanas (postures). The class also includes basic pranayama (breathing techniques). Students are encouraged to move gently at their own pace, guided by their breath, to find their own edge of challenge and acceptance. Combining energetic and restorative asanas, this class is perfect for those who need a midweek pick-me-up to kick start the day before diving into the hustle bustle of work or university life.
* Please bring your own mat.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow
Mary Town Room
A Vinyasa flow class accessible to those who are new to yoga and regular practitioners of all levels. This class focuses on the exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect with your body through the attention to breathing, alignment, and mindfulness. Incorporating longer-held asanas (postures), this class is perfect for unwinding after work. Donations are optional, but encouraged. They go to West Oxford Community Association and Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary.
* Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
